What are the lease terms?

We offer lease terms ranging from 3-18 months, subject to availability. Additional fees apply based on the lease term: 3-5 Months: $300, Short Term Premium Added 6-8 Months: $125 Short Term Premium Added

What is the application fee?

There is a $75 application fee per applicant 18 years of age or older.

How can I pay rent?

Residents can make secure rent payments online through the resident portal. Additional payment options may be available. Please contact the management office if you need assistance with your account or available payment methods.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Residents can submit routine maintenance requests through the online resident portal. For maintenance emergencies, please contact the community’s emergency maintenance line for immediate assistance.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Our community is pet-friendly. Maximum of 2 pets. Certain breed, size, and weight may apply. A $300 fee per pet is required, and monthly pet rent is $35 per month per pet.
